Sessions can be conducted at your home, office, or preferred location.
Samantha is based in East London and travel charges apply based on distance:
Within 5 miles: £10
5-10 miles: £20
10+ miles: Custom quote
Travel time is not included in the session duration.
For sessions at Fit East London studio, no travel charge applies.
Cancellation Policy:
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to full charge, including any applicable travel fees.
We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to effectively manage our schedule and provide the best service to all clients.
Rescheduling:
We're happy to reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Rescheduled sessions may be subject to changes in travel charges if the location differs.
Terms and Conditions:
Packages begin from the date of the Initial Assessment.
Unused sessions within a package cannot be carried over beyond the specified time frame.
Extensions to package time frames may be granted in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the coach.
Refunds are not available for unused sessions once a package has commenced.
