🦴 Buoyant Bones

A 4-week online course to reawaken strength, rhythm, and vitality from the inside out.
We’ll use rhythm and gentle loading to support bone health, stability, and confidence — especially valuable for peri-menopause and beyond, or anyone seeking to feel more grounded and alive.

This isn’t a fitness class. It’s a guided process combining movement science, somatic awareness, and playful loading patterns that remind your body how to bounce back.

Because when you move well, you recover energy — and that energy is what lets you keep showing up for the people and work that matter most.

Can’t join live? You can book for recording access. You’ll receive the same content, reflection prompts, and practice tasks as live participants — just at your own pace. Recordings are available for two weeks after each session. Recording participants are welcome to send short notes or questions by email each week for integration feedback.

Refunds / cancellations

  • Full refund (minus booking fee) up to 7 days before start.

  • After course start: refunds only in exceptional circumstances; transfers to a future cohort may be offered.

  • Drop-in: non-refundable, but creditable to full course within 48 hours
